Well lads im sad to type that on the way to my nct on friday (ik what are the odds) my timing belt decided to snap

Currently waiting back from mechanic to see what the damage is did I get lucky or is she shagged was wondering does anyone know anyone with an engine for her incase

Also crossed my mind idea ive always have what kind of money and work would it take from me to drop in a 2L turbo and make it a sti rep etc lmk yeer thoughts and any suggestions by all means put em below

Is it a single cam if so then you just time it up with a new belt and in you go of it’s double overhead cam You have had a mash party in a cylinders or 2

To do a turbo conversion depending on what way it’s done , looking into the crystal ball would 5-10k to do it , to pay someone probably more

Ye no tis shagged mechanic threw a belt on it siad it was like a bag of hammers
Ive a new engine lined up with olly so im ntb
