What oil and best plugs ??

Hey I have a 00 bug eye wrx sti with a wr1 engine .. Just wondering what the best oil and plugs for it .. Sorry for such a newb question just wanna make sure it gets the best as its my first subaru and I wanna keep her right .. Thanks in advance
 
The best would be motul, its all I use myself. Expensive though compared to other brands.

I have ngk pfr7b plugs which have been the standard recommendation here for years. Or intrex have plugs there which are getting great reviews in the states compared to ngk.
 
If money isnt a problem , motul 300v 10w 40 or 15w 50 its about €95-100 depending on the driving your going to be doing. Or millers 10w 60 CFS is good and in around €60
 
Intrex gives an ISDC discount so I got 6L (3x2L tins) for a full change plus top ups for about €87 last week :thumbsup:

Didn't realise you sold 2L tins as well, I thought you'd be 205L drums for in house servicing :hammerhead:
