What PCD and Offset?

Looking at getting new wheels but I'm unsure on what PCD and offset to select if anybody can shed some light for me.

My car is a 2007 WRX Wagon.

5x100 as for the offset it depends on wheel size and whether you have or intend to run bigger brakes like Aps ????

Thanks lads. The wheels are 18 inch and yes the plan is to upgrade to the same as yours Ciaran so I guess I would choose an offset of 53?
