Petrolheads
what would be the price of a good clean 00 4 door sti, was looking at afew car sites but not to many 00 in them that were nice,
what do yous think would be the selling price for one

Eric just sold his 00 STi Type RA.

Really depends on condition, mileage, extras etc etc.

I would say anywhere between 13k for rough example to 18k for something with all the bells & whistles.

I had to let mine go forf under 13K and it was a mint Type RA STi.

It's a buyers market at the minute!

If I was buying one now i'd expect to Pay anything from 13 to 15k for a spotless one, but i'd be pushing for the lower of those to prices!

Your better buying off a club member unless you know a lot about cars, especially Subaru's.
If its a Jap import you need to factor in mapping etc.
I bought my car as a fresh import last september, its a 98 V5 type R. Between mapping, Tyre's, Timing belt, Radiator and general wear and tear items ive spent approx 4k on my car. So unless you know the car or know your stuff id factor in 3 or 4k into your budget

exactly probably the cleanest 00 classic around and rare RA model went for 13k..you'd still pick up a nice one for 10k..carzone prices are a pipe dream at best for most sellers

il have got mine in for 13k all in, brought it in myself (not the first one) its a grade 4b 72klms few small things on it,
