That is so freaky because I had that exact car in my head today as I was checking something on the "you and your Suabaru Impreza" book and that pic is in it. Not at that price though lol
 
class car but if ya bought it people would think ya modified a type-r to look like a p1 as ya wouldnt know history behind it. a collectors car all the same

As a point of useless 22B related trivia, Nicky Grists former car (000/400 - the one he was gifted from Subaru) wears the original wheels off this car:

and when I was verifying my cars history I checked with an Irish rally driver who was running one of the Prodrive cars at the time if he knew of it as he almost lived in the place. He said that 'if it's the blue one with the grey wheels it's driven hard but looked after, but the white one with the gold wheels gets thrashed around by everyone in there'!

I imagine the car is probably mint and all serviceable items have been replaced or repaired as it's a historically important car for Subaru UK and Prodrive. I'm surprised they sold it? :ponder:
 
If I had the money, I'd buy it! You cann't bet a bit of history, and it's a one off!
