Who to trust for bodywork in cork?

My back drivers side arch has gone from one small blister to about 3 inches of bubbling and starting to break through. So there may be cutting and welding required, who do people reccommend for repair and respray?

I don't want to spend a fortune, but I still want it done right as the car is very good other than this.

ivor on the carrigaline road, near maryborough woods, just outside of douglas! does outstanding work, he doesnt advertise as he gets most his jobs from the dealerships in corks, but anyone who calls he'll work on.. he did my legacy, respray of the bumpers and a full body polish and headlight polish. he also does crash repair. for a rear bumper, side skirts and front bumper respray, (front bumper was re meshed aswell) headlight restoration, and full body polish all over was 800 euro for the lot... not sure of prices around cork, but seemed grand to me!
