im heading down to cork for a few days with the better half and wondering whats there worth doing or going to. ( :icon_jook:) staying in rochestown park in douglas if anyone knows it? is it a nice hotel? close to city?

Seriously though

Is it just the 2 of ye? No kids?

Are you going for a session or some sight seeing too?

Plenty of things to see & do in Cork.

yeah just the 2 of us. no kids yet(thankfully). just going to relax for a few days, not a mad session by any means but a few pints of murphys will be had. :icon_jook:
just lookin for stuff to do during the day. but nothing involving bad roads. herself tends to start moaning bout the car when it gets bumpy!!! :icon_blahblah:

Midleton Distillery is well worth a look & by far the best bottle of whiskey ever made if you can afford it :xmas_cheers:

Heading the other way out of Cork is Beal na mBlath, fairly hard to find though as people keep stealing the signs to sell to Irish theme bars around the World :naughty:

Some lovely coastline but probably not ideal if herself doesn't like bumpy roads.

I'm sure the Cork lads will be on with loads of ideas for you though.
