Idle car turn on ac the fans should kick in straight away if they do there ok and probably coolent temp sensor

Does the fan work at all? Check power to the motor if the radiator fan and also the fuse.

Lazy thermostat maybe? Wouldn't be a bad call to change it out. Can also buy a cooling thermo so they'll kick in earlier
