What did you do to your car today?

 Looks way better with the lamp pods and that's before there switched on :thumbsup: I'd drive it every where with that bonnet on and you have the best of both worlds in switching back to standard 1

Ah no they did use them too. There was actually 4 different types during the Group A era and they grew in length over time.
Yours are probably the longest set I have seen as they go all the way back to the IC vent.
They started out with this length in 93/94.
Have a spare bonnet myself I could be tempted!

Thats the first time ive seen those pods nice thanks

This lock-in could be dangerous for the aul wallets. I've a basket of Group N goodies that I don't really need, but would pass the time nicely.

Anyone else having similar notions?

I'll have to make sure to stay away from the phone and laptop over the weekend. :icon_jook:

I've gone a bit crazy yup.... Wanna see my shopping list for the last 2 odd weeks? All separate packages, in order and yeah, I could have saved a lot of shipping haha.

Mishimoto y pipe from driftworks
Single din radio box from ebay
Bonnet scoop bolts from icp
New Huawei phone from tesco mobile
Phone cover and mishimoto header tank (amazon)
Servicing kit from icp
Bluetooth headset from ebay
130e worth of orchids from Germany (getting random now)
Center caps from ebay

Still want a walbro 255 so that's next...

The DHL guy hates us. Mike bought a few things aswell haha so add about 4 more parcels to the same address for him too hahaha.

I bought a Walbro 255 from Graham Goode last week seemed to be the keenest price wise.

Are walbro back first choice. I remember they got some bad reviews few years ago and most swing to different brands?

I've used them 3-4 times in various cars and never had an issue, so can't fault. They seem to be the best bang for buck aswell. Most are universal though, the odd time they need some retro fitting. So not for the totally inexperienced sometimes.

Not bad for 20+yrs old Type R

Great work Nellie, ????

Great work Nellie, ????

Thanks Pedro. Anything I can find to keep busy. Even if my wallet from the online shopping doesn't look so rosy ha. I can't visit my mam atm so I miss her a lot and she's totally on her own on the other side of the island, with underlying health issues so I'm worried a lot... Working on the car outside makes the days pass faster I'll admit.

Great stuff again Neelie, all little touches make the difference like.
By the way,, spotted these ????????
