Quick one also, what’s opinions on removing heat shields from the manifolds?
bracket weld has perished and I can hear a slight rattle at idle which is bugging me….
Can you remove them or best leave alone??

Most aftermarket ones have no heat Shield So I wouldn’t see a problem

Today I bought another battery for the Legacy GT. Just got a cheap one for now so I can move the car around while doing work on it. Hoping to start working on the underneath in the next week and getting her ready for some underbody treatment.
