Do you have by any chance power streering pump for TypeR's quick steering rack? I'm not sure if it's the same pump as in standard STI?
I guess anyway MY99 and MY00 have the same part...

do you still ave the powertec air filter, would it fit a 1996 jap wrx.
 
i got a filter before and the abs was in the way. does this filter just bolt onto where the box was, maf stays where it is
