No it's not i'm afraid. Peddle Power. But from what Damo was saying it looks like this but i think that this one in the Pic is Batt Powered.

Did a bit more Research, it comes in both electric and Peddle powered.The electric one been twice the price of the Peddle one. This is what it looks like though for sure!
