If I was going blob again I'd try go wide track twin scroll
Was never a fan of the p1 always tought the type r was a better car.
@ Johnny yes I still have the wr1 was thinking of putting it on pistonheads to see what I can get
Might be worts a e mail to that hurst place to see if they would be into a trade :)
They have some nice cars

i know far superior choice but over here there are great deals to be had if you can find the right car
but i suppose teats the hard part
but here wouldn't you get a rb320 for that or a hatch sti (price wise)
 
probably get a few sniggers but a car that really feel your going fast in..half the price of an Elise with the same chassis and put together better..under a ton in weight this one has 250bhp i bet it would crush a type r on a circuit and stay out for twice as long.using half the pads n tires..these have just reached their bottom i reckon. If you have a family car what esle do you need

that would definitely change my mind on him anyway always taught his stuff was mint ,having said that that car was mint except for the engine so the rest of his stock might be fine
 
Seeing I already have the Hawk - so flat4 burble needs are sorted...

Maybe nice MB190 2.3-16v Cosworth with a bit of money left to uprate to Bilsteins and few other bits?
Or similar story with 944 Turbo?

Both are great cars to drive and been on my wishlist for a while... OR... if can find one for that money (or add 2-3 grand)... Z3M Coupe 345Bhp straight6 RWD without any of the nanny-keep-you-safe-traction stuff (not the roadster cabrio thing which is girly and floppy chassis, but the metal top hatch/estate looking one)... one of the best thrills ever to drive (mate used to have one and brought on track few times).

I had 2.5-16 a few years back one of the best cars I ever had, super LSD (ASD) in them standard.

Tommi Evo would deffo be a nice yoke and if kept right would hold its value

heard a lot of bad things about the RS4...before you get to any of reliability issues, most only made 370bhp( i say only because they were suppose to make 414) and a lot only made 360..pistonheads did a buying guide and the owner comments were a really eye opener..still a lovely car but so many people were really disappointed with them

Anyone know that 94 leggy that's on done deal
Looks clean but looks like a wrx engine in it
Think the 94 had a charge cooler instead of intercooler
He is looking 4k for it
