To be brutally honest, I was fecking blessed to sell it when i did. And believe me, I took nowhere near €6k for it unfortunately. I wasn't pushed to sell and he knew that which is why we were able to do a deal eventually but I took the deal as it was the best I would've gotten out of anybody to be honest. He was probably more keen to buy than i was to sell, it was the cleanest car he'd seen by a country mile. And still after that, it was only the 6 speed conversion that sold it for me at that high price.
Good luck with the sale, a good clean car is worth that money all day long. But unfortunately, most people in the market don't seem to recognise this fact
