2012 subaru legacy 2.0 diesel

Hello all,
I own a 2012 subaru legacy and have recently noticed a ticking sound coming from drivers side of engine block, it's there when I start the car from cold or from warm, I usually see a low oil pressure light while this ticking is happening then the light goes away and so does the ticking, however after a journey say 20 or 30 km the ticking comes back but no low oil pressure light.
Also, it says in my manual that the recommended engine oil is 0w30. However from reading countless forums on subaru I noticed a lot of places using 5w30 engine oil, the car has a full main dealers service history with itemised billing and every service they had used 5w30 engine oil. I know using the wrong engine oil also messes up the dpf and I've been doing my own servicing since buying the car. There are 245000 km on the car. Just wondering if anyone on here has any ideas on what the problem could be?

Usually a ticking noise like that is an injector. Maybe try some injector cleaner or dipetane to see does it make a difference.
Our A6 daily is the same oil wise. The thinner oil is better for fuel economy/emissions but most just use 5w30, especially at high mileage, for better engine protection or bearings and the like.
Castrol 5w30 LL(longlife) is the best oil I found. Reasonable in Halfords with a trade card.

Is it leaking oil or using oil in Anyway as they gave crank trouble .
When was the last time it was serviced by the menu dealer ? As they usually adjust and monitor the injectors at every service .
Iv a 16 diesel forester myself that I service And haven’t got it done but it’s only done 15000 klm in that time and 2 services

Thanks for your suggestion, I've tried dipetane in the tank, but still no joy, I did an oil change recently and noticed the ticking had stopped altogether. But now it's back again.

No I've checked for leaks when I changed oil and no visible oil leaks, it's only been about 18 months since main dealer serviced it last, I've put up around 20k km since then. I'll try upload a video to possibly shed some more light on the issue.

You can hear the clicking more so at the start of the video but not so much when revs are up.

Just an update on this problem, turns out the strainer in the sump was blocked which was causing the low oil pressure, after a hefty bill from a main dealers for the fix car is back on the road.
However now I'm having oil dilution issues which is also causing dpf problems. Im think an injector problem. As far as i know from unending research the engine has to come out for injector removal/replacement. There are no fault codes coming up. Im looking for a mechanic familiar with subaru engines or any mechanic who's not afraid of a challenge to fix the issues I'm having. Im living in waterford city so if anyone knows somebody within the south east who could do this please let me know.
Car is a subaru legacy 2 litre diesel, it has the ee20 engine with 2540000 km on the clock. There are a couple of other jobs I'd like done so work is there for the right mechanic. I've attached the plate of the car just for anyone's own research into the work needed.

Engine does need to be lifted up and out to remove An injector
The high oil is bringing on the dpf light guessing it’s flashing or staying on . Is it’s not under warrenty from the main dealer who did the rebuild
