Thats a no then,..... i'll get my coat. :wall:

Leave the coat there lad! No harm in you liking something different! The world would be very boring if everyone wliked the same thing (unless it was 22B's with HKS's an anti-lag!)

Not a 22B spoiler,Not a 22B grille,Not a 22B bumper....I could go on.
I seen this car up at japfest a few years ago.. the one major thing that lets it down is the tiny tiny brake calipers beind the big wheels.. but other wise it looked ok but he must not know the 22B only came in blue .... still a subaru though :subaru:

But it's a 1.5... why would you? :ponder2:

What do you mean ? If you mean why would you do up a 1.5, its cause your under 25 and cant get insured on a turbo. You cant afford the running costs of an STI etc
A widebody 1.5 is nicer than a normal bodied one.

Nope... just answering Murto's question... would you buy it! NO!

Anyway... still reckon I'd save my hard earned cash and pay mad insurance on an early classic than spend several grand on a 22B replica 1.5! Just my opinion!

Oh right. I've a 19 yrs old brother whos only driving a couple of months and is after a 1.5 or 1.6. I wouldnt let him near a turbo car and my mother definitly wouldnt. I had two 1.6 in the past. He'd be interested in that car but not at that price.

Its just someone who put a bodykit on their car to make it look better. Arent you doing the same or is it that a 1.5 isnt fast enough for a bodykit ?

:hand:

Yeah I 'm fitting a kit.... but to begin with the car is a well sorted quick car! I'm not pretending it's something it isn't...! I've always owned good driving cars....whether it was my first car...a 1000cc mini sprite (real granny's mini with chequer seats) that I stripped and fitted a Stage 1 kit to at the age of 17.... or whether it's the current scooby i have. I guess I just don't like tarted up cars that don't drive well.... and figure if you're really into cars you'd buy something fun to drive rather than something that just looks good! The money you'd spend on that replica would buy you a well sorted 1380 mini that would go like sh1t off a shovel and cheaper on insurance and tax!

Completely agree with gary on this one, Couldn't afford the running costs of anythin higher than a 1.6, insurance, Tax, He fixed it up too the way he liked it,
Fair play too him, Price is a bit ambitious.
But from the pics the car is quite tidy,
Nothin wrong with that.

not for me!! could think of better and faster cars to spend 5500 on
was in the paddock at japfest last year and was for sale, saw it the the autotrader a couple of months later still for sale, was lookinf for 7.5k iirc :cuckoo:
