Lads, a guy on another site is claiming 340bhp with just an exhaust and NO remap on a standard Version 3 STi type R.

Ive told him he is taking the piss.

Your opinions please?

Ha ha ha... Not possible at all...

I've a list of engine mods as long as my arm and I'm not near that.

An exhaust would add 5-10bhp at most. So put that ontop of the factory figure, and that's being very generous to the boy...
 
I'm afraid you are wrong Andy... According to an article i read recently, this guy has sex with his car (through his new exhaust obviously) and it gives him an extra 50bhp...
 
Did ScoobyWRX finally get himself his own car?? Seen as his dads car could give all sorts of readings from not many mods!! :lol:

I've myself in debt over tryin to get power from mine and its probably only 340ish as it is now
 
Its true i got one of them new and still in box put it in the boot to bring it home to fit it and i could feel the car was much faster.
Cant wate to fit the fooker :icon_headbang:
 
Well this guy has replied to one of my posts saying he is using V-power as well as octane booster hence the figure is possible. He is also claiming the rollers are 100% accurate.

He seems to think a decat exhaust adds 70BHP and his car is proof. :cuckoo: :cuckoo:
 
I gave up replying Sean as idiots that make stupid claims like this grind my gears.
