4 wheel alignment

Firstly how often should it be done? Bloke told me maybe 3 times a year. Secondly, am i best setting it at 0 degrees or should i stick with the computer setting?

Depends on your driving and roads where you live but usually we do it every major service and for normal road driving just stick to the computer setting with a little negative camber should be fine then
