Then a tidy of the bodywork and a map if there was a few bob left.

Everything else is done over the years.

they have enough power for the roads and tracks in this country as is I reckon !! May aswell sort out understeer and brake fade!!

what do you think was lacking in the sti as standard eli ??

I think mine would benefit hugely from some whiteline gear underneath and for trackdays better tyres (all money!), driven standard sti's before I bought mine I found them a bit soft suspension wise aswell. I understand the need for subaru to have it softer for every day use but very few leave it as standard. Would never bother upgrading the brembos. Pads/fluid/brake lines yes. Calipers and discs are fine. Power after a decat and map is over 300 so thats enough!
