well i only use maxol petrol in the car and thats the petrol that was in it when mapped,but topaz is the same as maxol so its grand,tbh i dont think there would be too many problems if you put other petrol but these days there is plenty of maxol/topaz around,higher the ocatane the more power you can get.lads here will fully confirm if there is any serious problems if you run 95

btw i think ur thinking about e85,the red pump in maxol,thats gone for sure!

Topaz aren't selling 99ron E5? There was talk about it some time ago but turned out to not be true.

going e39 i think for now,wud love an e60 but just a bit much for me for now,i might even go nice clean 520?do ya know of any problems with the e39?think wud be going 520/525 petrol.if i was spending that money it would defo be 03 and up sti but for now a change/doing more driving with work so want tge juice to last longer!always liked a nice mtech e39 so gonna change over and see,will prob want my car back after a day :lol:

shane there is a scuff on de front bumper painted but paint has degraded over time as it has been there for 3 years nd somebody else painted it,these are the only main pics i have of it at the moment.

yea that kit on the e60 is horrid,standard with m5 wheels looks the business in black

ah ok, so can someone please tell me the crack with the e5 then if topaz aint selling it? i wudn wanna have to keep going to a maxol all the time for juice!

also, when did CDA map the car?

Right Lads,

Update on the car (Typical this happened :hammerhead: :hammerhead:): I was thinking of changing the clutch anyway just as an update,the clutch was grand.Then said to myself I will try something new and hopefully by end of year get an 03+ sti. Driving to work today and the clutch started to slip. Only on the big turbo in 4th and for a second (between 5000/5500) and then when pack to pulling normally :icon_sad: (Some goat on the road annoying me!!)

I have a few ideas with this situation,the car is currently up for 3500,If the clutch was fine I was not moving from this price as I think it is a good price for my car and its been well taken care off.

I have sourced an OEM exedy clutch and rang a few garages and the quotes i have got fitting have ranged from 150-200 notes. So let me hit you with my ideas:

1. I get the clutch and sell you the car at full price - the labour for the clutch.
2. Sell you the car at full price - clutch & labour for fitting
3.Get clutch fixed and sell car at this price

Let me know what ye think

Right i took the car out after work and clutch not slipping,could it just be a once off or is this the start of needing a new clutch? :dontknow:

Once it starts, its just going to get worse.. I'd fix it and sell it then.. If you sell a car with a problem, then you'll struggle to only lose the value of the clutch, you'll usually lose more cash because there is a problem.

so are the wheels! nearly got sick all over the laptop!!


this b4 is mint tho!! silver with black wheels looks savage, and no spoiler......... a real sleeper, i love it

Right lads,going to Auz in 2 Months so have to sell the car. I am putting it up for 2600 ono

In realtion to the clutch,i have been driving it everyday for the last few months and the clutch has not slipped at all,this is with normal and spirited driving.This is a point to note when thinking of buying the car.
