99legacy b4 rsk turbo question

I am sure this has been asked before. But I can't see a positive answer.

What two turbo models should I have in the legacy.

Primary vf26
Secondary vf27

Is it rev a-c or rev d

Ok I'm guessing vf26 for primary and vf27 for secondary. I'm just wondering why the previous owner stuck in a primary vf13 turbo.
So I should be on the look out for a vf26 primary?
