Car started developing engine problems and failed a compression test so sent it up to Ali turned out id melted a piston and that for some reason there was a non turbo block in it but Ali worked his magic and its now running sweet as nut with a new clutch as well, absolute gent to deal with and very reasonably priced :thumbsup:
And a big thanks to sligodave as well for taking the day off and coming down with me to tow it up Karma your way man :thumbsup:
 
a very quick turnaround from ali too. good job. glad to see it back on the road (not to mention hear it from a mile away) :multijump:
 
Unless i get a very good offer ill keep it now but i couldnt have sold it on in good faith once it developed the probs i had to sort them first i just didnt realise how much it needed to get it back to 100% ill be putting it through the NCT soon as well

Can't believe ya had a na block in there? Was someone messin with it before?

I'd say it running alot better now
 
Its running like an absolute dream now i was surprised bout the block as well it must have gone in before i got the car but i did well to get the 2 years ive had it out of it
