A6 1.8T Quattro ?

Hi i am thinking about buying a Audi A6 1.8T Quattro advant just wondering if any of you guys out there have any info on them i am coming from a b4 legacy so far the pros are my insurince drops by 250 tiny bit cheaper to tax tiny bit better on petrol and space. the one i am looking at is 00 with 139k miles manual and comes with every extra.

Thats the car I'm looking at myself only in a4 style as the a6 is to heavy for the 1.8t engine, it will feel slow towards the leggy.
 
What about going for an Audi S3.

1.8 turbo with 4 wheel drive.

Lucky enough to drive one yesterday.
(had to do a bit of work on it for a friend)

Awesome car to accerate and hold to the road.
 
head over to Autostadt for more info on the A6 but tbh, a 1.8T in a A6...is dead. there around 150bhp with a remap just under 200, provided everything is fine. you would be better with a TDI A6imo.
 
Have you looked at the 2.5 tdi A6? A friends dad had a 1.8T A6 and he said they weren't a bad yoke to go. They are on the heavy side alright but even when he had his 2009 boxer diesel legacy he was nostalgic about the A6 and said he'd buy another one some time.
 
I ended up going for a Omega 2.2 DTI 02 nice car really like it but this means :cry: :cry: my B4 legacy is now gone
