Abs Ring Update

Well lads,

So here is the update, Was down today getting the full Cv joint put in, No Problems all went well, Changed the Drive boot on otherside too as it was begining too wear, So all in all i've changed the Abs Sensor, And Abs Ring and lovely the light went out......... Untill we took the test drive, Back on again, They think it could be a faulty Abs Sensor, So there replacing it for free, We done all checks and the abs is working perfectly, Untill the light comes on,
But here is the wierd bit, When we did the rolling diagnostics, The computer was picking up all Speeds but the front right, It was showing the kph of lft front and back wheels and the rear right, but not the front right, Would we be right too believe that the problem still exists around the Abs sensor, Any help would be much appreciated, By the way, We put the multi meter on all the wires and they seem too be ok??? So any help Would be great lads. :thumbsup:

On a Plus, I found out that i have Blizen Shocks and springs, 4 pot brakes, Braided hoses, Zero Sports Anti roll bar, Underneath the rear suspension, And Zero Sports Anti Roll bar under Front Suspension, :653:
 
could still be a faulty sensor. if not check the clearance between the sensor and the abs ring
 
Ya i have the clearance checked, and it seems too be ok. I suppose i won't really know any story till tuesday, I'll prob miss the AGM now cause i've no car and i'm in sligo :icon_cry: :angry1:
 
sounds like you have a broken cable, it might not be broke but stretched to point where core has broke, if someone has being doing work around that wheel, ie like putting in drive etc, anything where they might of pulled the hub too far it would of stretched it, had an integra wit same prob, and a supra, abs would go out when started but when wheels rotate a bit it doesnt get signal from one wheel and sets off light, you may not see damage to cable, just check along it and see does it get narrow at a point, this could be where it stretched, the cores are hair tin, but can solder them never the less. you may have to take off outer cover so you can see the 2 or 3 individual wires, i hav a 00 impreza with abs cables if you want to try one. dont know if they the same but could be. wexford area
