Advise needed !!

Hard to expalin this ,
When I reach about 80 mph the engine seems to run out of power a bit.... I can actually feel the car lose power as if it doesn't want to gom any faster.It's really struggling at this speed.

Any ideas / suggestions appreciated ?
 
Is it jap? Might be hitting the speed restriction? Usually only happens at 110mph/180kph though... :ponder2: :ponder2:
 
She's only restricted if it's a JDM.

Could be a fuel issue. When did you last change your Fuel filter. Have you modded with out up grading the Fuel pump.

not a jap import.
Haven't modded it myself , so not sure about the fuel pump. Would it wotrh my while bringing to a Subaru dealer ?
 
Might be a good ideal have a Subaru mechanic look at it with a diagnostic tool.

Could be cam sensor, idle control valve or maf sensor or any number or sensors causing the problem.

Some times its cheaper to get the experts to look at it.

Yeah , no problem until it reaches about 80 . That's when it starts to feel like its dying a death.
