Air con issue

Started to hear a weird noise the other night so i popped the bonnet to find the A/C pulley trying to spin but its stuck.
The belt is ok, the idler under the pulley is moving ok.
Knackered A/C compressor ? feck all hot air coming out off the system its just ice cold.
Anyone know best place to get it looked at in dublin was thinking ASD or should i go to someone who deals with A/C systems?

when i turn on the front window heater thing demister heater all the one , it takes a few mins to clear the window

Air con has nothing to do with heat though

cool, well there's no heat so i need to get that looked at

Air lock in the cooling system possibly
