mate is looking for someone good to check is ac at Zafira 2006.
He had problems with it since he bought car from dealer, while it was on warranty they replaced generator (or whatever the main thing is called) and it was working OK, not great but it was giving cool. Not it is making loud noise and there is no cool air at all.
can you guys advise someone? South West Dublin preferred but Dublin area considered as well.

Not to be rude! But that stuff is crap.
I've done it to our BMW in Cyprus from a can.
Just not the same result at all.

Do it right with proper gas machine.i was sent on an intensive training course for VW for AC systems...
And I'm certified by law to remove/re-gas any system.
It's done that way for a reason! R134A is Dangerous stuff to mess with!!

Not supposed to be a great job alright.
Think average in garage with machine is about 70 sometimes get on offer at 40 or 50.

Dead right. I've done f-gas also. Get it done with a machine with somebody who knows how it's done. Jus a re gas is not the answer . System needs be tested correctly using proper procedures before its deemed be operational
