Alloygator yes or no?

Not a bad idea but £52.01 delivered to Ireland is a bit steep for what it is IMO.

Jeez didn't realise the price.Might find another supplier so.To refurb an alloy will prob cost 80 notes anyway.Might try another brand instead.

would be a good way of protecting an expensive wheel refurb job.......
no point spendin 4 or 5 hundred notes on wheels and then scrapin the bollox out of them again.... :653:

thats a great idea if it works
a lot cheaper than a rim repair
wonder what it looks like in the flesh
worth a go

I know your having a laugh man fair play :icon_biggrin: But if you ever had new alloys you are paranoid about keeping them good.Imagine driving around town when a wide rubbish lorry heads your way,you may have to drive close to the kerb or even up on it.Also the state the roads are in,the car needs every help it can get.

I think they may damage your rims over time. Dirt will get between the Alloygator and the wheel over time. As the tyre moves around while driving surely so to will the Alloygator, so that dirt in between the alloy and the gator will start to act like sand paper.

Did you ever put those black rubber door protectors on a car door. They don't move half as much as the gators would and they scratch the sh*t out of doors over time. :dontknow:
