Could this not be done with a fifth injector into the manifold and a extra spark plug and cool pack in the exhaust or possibly just the extra plug and a switchable supply to one of your current injectors
To keep it open unburnt into exhaust and plug to light it will get ya flames and bangs and an engine management light if ya don't mind that it could work

Have a flamer kit in my wagon and it wont work with catted down pipe in,

only works with full de-cat system
