Hi. Might have an opportunity to get a wagon. It is dark blue 1997 sti. It has high and low boot spoiler, and a front splitter, has revolution 17inch 6 spoke alloys, inside there are prodrive (iron on patches?) On the seats, pillar pod with a couple of gauges and a few gauges on top of dash. It has a big coilin mccrea gathering sticker on the bonnet, and plenty of isdc stickers around about too(so hoping it must have been someone on here). Current owner doesnt know anything about the history of it, so was hoping someone might be able to give some info on it? Thanks.
 
Theres a '09 stickeron it that I saw, but there is a couple more on it too from other years. Also has a BIG pink STI on the boot lid!
Drove car and really like it, but just said I'd check here to see if there was any good/bad/ulgy history. All that I could see looked good. Splitter and wind deflector seemed to be the only damage. Thanks for yer replys.
 
Anyone recognise it as a members old car?
looks like someone spent a good bit on it at one stage, but was looking through as many threads on here and cant see any sign of it.
 
I don't know it or have ever seen it and I'm around here a good long while, a lot of people on here don't even tell you what they drive and they could be members,

Best thing to do is go with your gut and have a good look over it.

No disrespect but I douth it's that expensive giving the year of it and no mechanic will be able to tell weather the big ends will go next week or ten years from now, a full rebuild will probably cost just as much as the car

Well i found out the previous owner (cossiedevil22b) and saw a thread on the car on a different forum. After a bit of a wait i picked up the car this eve. I love it! In great nick, alot of stickers and badges to remove and a few bits to tidy up but should clean up nicely without much work.
 
Ok I do see one going around Lucan looks same as that but don't think it has that sticker on the front
 
Ah good stuff! spotted it on a thread somewhere else alright. sent you an email but it could be an old address or something. anyway have clocked up a good few km's on it now and couldnt be happier with it. was looking at you escort build, unreal!
 
Thanks colm but i am gona do a bit of work before the press relese..........lol....... Just a good project to keep me going over the winter months.
