What about price im looking to spend €10,000

The reason for this purchase is , Mother & Kids travell home each summer for 2/3mths as it is too hot where they
live ......... and also for two weeks at Christmas .

To Rent similar 7 seater was aprox€6000 / €8000, even when i twisted a few arms i could not get better
than €6000 and that's each year :shock2: :shock2:.................that said they want a Landrover !!

If anyone has any suggestions or options , it would be much apreciated

Its not unknown for them to give box and diff trouble but thats as much down to poor servicing as anything else

Thanks lads ........Luke could you ask your mate
(no rush) , if there is anything i need to look out
for when buying

Front and rear wish bone bushes, electric handbrake solenoid costs a lot to repair if not working, check for play on steering and if it growls when turning from lock to lock, because its a td4 it will be under powered but ok for road travel, make sure the head gasket has not been done and if it has check who done it and ring them for info. If it has the ford engine they can give fuel pump trouble, losing power when driving and going into limp mode. I have had a couple of land rovers and there was a discovery in the fleet where I work 2006. Fine jeep comfortable, ridiculous expensive to repair and that is just the parts. :argh:

Ya I feel like a Soccer MOM , going around to all
