Any point in selling for breaking?

Hey

Thanks to a combination of stupidity, snow, ice and a section of sticking out rocks, I managed to smash up the front passenger side of the car (Shattered bumper, headlight, foglight and bent up the wing a fair bit).
I'll also have to get the timing belt done in a couple of months so at this stage I'm thinking of just letting it go for once and for all.I had this dilemma a while back with the nct as well (spend more of let it go) and I did end up spending the money to get work done so I'm extra p*ssed that I did this. But having said all that I definitly don't have the money to fix it now, and won't either for a fair while.

Don't think there's a hope in hell she'll sell now either with high mileage (245,000 kms), timing belt due and a smushed front left side, which is a pity as it only passed nct couple of months back and is running perfectly.

Anyway - if I was lucky enough to find someone interested in taking her off my hands for breaking - what kind of money would I be expecting - a couple of hundred quid/ a thousand, more? If I could get enough to buy even a crappy runabout I'd do that until things are a bit better and I can get back into a scooby.

Appreciate any thoughts.

Sorry it's a 1996 Legacy estate gtb - Bg5 model. Twin turbo Automatic.

1 brand new tyre, the rest of them about 70%.
17" alloys on it (a bit scuffed alright)
Almost new steering rack went in for the nct
Rad was replaced a year ago.

Cheers
