Is there any v5/v6 wrx' or sti's out there? Dead or alive??

Whatever's out there for in or around 2-3k big ask but worth a shot, nothing on dd catches my eye bar a white 99 Sti, think its 3900 tho :/

There's a silver WRX on adverts with knocking. Had a rebuild by STI Tuning 9000 miles ago with STI heads, pistons, rods, turbo, clutch etc.

Owner thinks it's bottom end but I went to see it and the knock is on the left top side of the engine. Sounds like it's coming from the turbo.

Thats was result turbo oil seal and owner not checking oil levels

From what Dave said I'd say new bottom end and turbo needed.

a turbo is not part of a rebuild.

turbo was using oil and smokey prior.


was advised never intended to be left on car

turbo was an sti turbo.


should not have been on a irish car unmapped.

owner advised change turbo. asap after run in.

was never done 3 years later.


owner negligent in checking oil levels regular.


turbo used oil. oil levels low.



we cannot hold everyones hand as they use the toilet...
