dont know the car

but it looks like its in jap cars up at the airport ya?not the best place in the world but!

its on irish plates so must be a trade in so maybe its not to bad.

make sure you have someone that knows scoobys when you go to look at it
 
Let just say that there are better cars out there than that, namely any other car from any other garage in ireland
 
Search Jap Cars on here and you'll get a good idea what sort of garage they are! :angry1: Plenty of nicer cars for sale on here. :thumbsup:

True... you got a sweet car there mac mac!!! :thumbsup: But at a time where Jap performace market has gone to shite... I'd worry what sort of crap they've left lying around that they're trying to shift on!
 
Ill go out and have a look, i have had 3 scoobys before, last one was the same as yours mac mac, possibly looking to get another one if a nice one turns up,

Heard a few dodgy stories abuout some of the cars out there alright, no harm in having a look.
 
I got stung there before and personaly id never go near him again, but as the lad's said it can't be all that bad, just giving you the head's up man, and don't expect any nice salesmanship or welcome. But all the best with it man. :thumbsup:
 
cheers lads , yeah also know a few who wouldnt go near the place , and "chief" can be a pig , guess i was one of the lucky ones .

looked at the car on three different days before bringin up a "subaru" mechanic to give it the once over . he gave it the thumbs up so thats how :subaru: started for me .

didnt know about his rep or the isdc at the time .

well thats my story and im stickin to it .. :thumbsup:
 
Just had a look at that car, body work looked clean enough, a couple of scuffs and the usual stone chips, a bit of oil aronnd the block, it has a jap sticker on the timing cover with a 10 and some weird jap symble which i imagine means the belt was done at 100k, with 115k on the clock and it being in the contry for a few years dosnt add up.
