The good:
It's a lovely looking car and it's driving very well. Some man spent a small fortune on it over the years because she had a lot of extras fitted. 1500 euros wouldn't bring a standard car to the same spec. Gearbox is sweet as a nut and very tight.
The bad:
She got a tip on the front and is not long sprayed which has a good finish until you open doors or bonnet.
The passenger wing is catching the passenger door due to it being pushed back. Couldn't see any structural damage it might just need a new wing.
The base of the passenger seat was rockin which is a simple fix I reckon
It has a v1 or 2 engine and was roughly fitted all the hammers are cut and rewelded to use the top of the original manifold.
There is rust all the way along the bottom of the rear windscreen and it was badly covered so it's leaking water into the boot.
This now could be nothing but it's badged as an RB5 and due to a dodgy strut brace and a cheap carbon look cover on the slam panel I couldn't check the vin on cartell. That I could be way off with but it just rang alarm bells.
The lad selling it is spot on he even made me tea but I reckon the poor bugger got caught with the car and just wants to unload it before it's due an nct
