Anyone know this silver blob conversion?

This car was discussed here before,as i had my eye on it... https://isdc.ie/forum/threads/25034/ (starting at reply 15)

I got some good info as you can see from the reply's in the thread and the owner at the time dropped the price €500 or €600 without any hesitation...so i walked away.

Its a really gorgeous car and the 555 reg is an added bonus but there are alot of other/newer scooby's out there for that price!

if its he same car that was around longford a few years ago I'd say well clear
 
stupid question...why does one convert the front? does that suggest that the original one was wrapped around the tree at some point?
 
Not necessarily no. Some people don't like bug's face lol and there was a huge difference in prices between blobs and bugs not so long time ago. Now not so much anymore.

Yeah that's it! I've seen this pop up for sale about 4 times over the last 8 or 9 months. Seems everyone who buys it wants rid ASAP for some reason or another as soon as they get it!
