anyone know what this piece is

Hi everyone

does anyone know what this green piece is? mine is broken, its near the end of oem dump valve pipe at the bottom

this is a pic i got off another site, if anyone has this part spare that would be great :thumbsup:

is there vacuum pipes going into it???
cant really see from the pic!!!

off topic but is that an aftermarket knock sensor on the left head as you look at the pic???
 
There is a vacuum pipe from the top of inlet manifold going into that green piece, and there is another pipe coming from the green piece too but i dont know what this is connected to as its hard to see
