i use to work in UPS so i had to deal with it all the time and the irish gov cant charge u anything if they tink u didnt paying IE a gift its a small way around all the duty

just had a fmic delivered from ups last wenesday from US and cost me over 300 euro extra....
marked as a gift and under valued by 40 %...
couldnt even explain it to me....

bought this ecv in US and tnt are delivering
tnt rang me yesterday and told me it was 25 euro import charges and it would be delivered before 11am this morning......and i'm still waiting now!!!!

they are a disaster as well

My brother sent me whiteline front and rear arb kit for my birthday and i had to pay 120 euro import tax when i asked why they said anything above 45 euro value gift or not is subject to 21 percent tax rapin b@!t@rds

UPS are a shower of useless pr1cks, had stuff being delivered fom the UK which was then marked as damaged in transit when it got to dublin. Shower of cnuts opened my package, took out the leaking bottle, reboxed it and delivered it a week late without even a word
