hi all help please 99 b4 back firen when i give it a rev is this norm or do i have a prob.

i can make mine pop at will.....the car that is. when decelerating around 2500 rpm ye tip the accelerator and it pops or if im slowin down that put the foot down. i think its just unburnt fuel

Is it backfiring when you give it revs...or when you back off revving it?
I wouldnt worry about it if its only when backing off-just unused gas burning off
Prob more likely when she's warming up as it'l be running a bit richer
Wish mine would backfire!!! Boxer rumble, exhaust roar,dump valve whoosh, then backfire...sounds like a mini orchestra to me
