Do you know what condition they're in? And where in the country he's based? Will try and give him a shout tomorrow as well to see what he's looking for them. Would those D2/k-sport be any use?

think they were new when he got them an he didn't have them on long as far as I know.
They felt fine on the road but he likes his comfort and went back to standard ones.
They were a lot softer than the ones I have on.

there was a post there few months ago saying that the k-sports werent great!!!!
and i think d2's are similiar!!!
might want to have a spin in a car with them fitted robbie incase your not happy with the comfort level!!!!
:ponder2: :ponder2:

As Marko said Rob there was a post up here a while back and they wernt getting great reviews. I think k sport are rebranded d2's :dontknow:

Would anyone who has coilovers actually recommend them for road use???
I dont know what setup you have at the moment, It's just that I would think the best road setup would be Whiteline control or Eibach soft springs and Whiteline 22mm adjustable rear antiroll bar, whiteline camber adjustment bolts and professional setup! (mark the front camber setting on the strut)
For track you can adjust the front camber in a bit and put it back to the mark afterwards and put the rear roll bar to full hard, and put back after!
Or just get coilovers!
Brian Sexton's Evo did most of it's championship year on ksport coilovers, rear shock gave up eventually, But that was under pressure
As far as I know, Kport and D2 are the same!
Best of luck either way
Dan

I'd be looking for something quite aggressive, good for track and reasonable for the road. Maybe the D2's would be a bit soft for me. :dontknow: I might text him and see what he wants for them and I'll keep him in mind then. Thanks Sean

Thanks Mick/Marko, I do recall the thread in my head somewhere now

@Dan, the whiteline gear is next on the list after the coilovers
