B4 legacy trouble !HELP!

Well lads just got myself a b4 and it beautiful but i bought it off the biggest con man in ireland
the engine is fucked some cowboy done the timing belt arse ways so it has to be redone as well as the water
pump and the crank shaft oil seal is pissing oil. The con man as we will call him put something in the engine
to seal it for the time being and a day or two after i got it home it started leaking pretty bad as well as that
when the enging goes to 140k it stops as if i have hit a fuel cut off point and a check engine light comes on. SO I NEED HELP.
I was told that STI tuning could build me a new engine but i have no number for them the number on line is missing a digit
does anyone have the number or any advice?
