Hi all, been a while, picked up a Legacy B4 off my uncle who's owned it for the last 4 or so years and has been parked up the last year. Needs a little tlc but nothing major I hope!

So far, I've serviced it managed to bleed the clutch and the last thing I need help with is the low idle, it has a new/second hand idle control solenoid but it was missing a gasket which was hissing away, fixed that but now its stalling when cold and idles really low when warm,
 
Think it's an o ring on those icv.
They do idle about 650-750rpm normally
 
Cheers, another thing there sounds like there something lose in the driver side dash, but can't see anything at all, but IG rocks backward and forward as you drive, bugging me!
