Battery bar hooks

Not sure what they are called, i cut one of mine before to shorten it for some reason, so i need a standard length one now, its the thread hook bar that holds the battery in place, i need a longer one for a new Perrin battery bar:



Its the longer front one im after, anyone have one lying around or know where i could get one? Im sure i can try the main dealer, but thought i would ask here aswell.

yeah probably, ill try hem tomorrow as im waiting on an alternator bracket from them aswell which hopefully they got in by now, would these be generic across the range or model specific?

its called a battery clamp horse

i have the battery clamp its the 2 threaded bars either end that i need, Subaru wanted 40 quid for 1 so i got a pair i can cut to length from motor factors for a tenner

cheers Rob ill see how i get one with the ones i bought, i need to cut a bit off the bottom and bend it to look like the standard one, something to do in work tomorrow i suppose!

Buy a length of threaded bar and bend the tip and cut to length. About 2 euro a metre from local hardware. Have done it dozens of times takes 5 minutes
