Battery going flat?

Put new battery in a few weeks ago as taught old battery was nackered it used to keep going dead anyway I hadn't started it in almost two weeks and today it was flat as a pancake wouldn't even power c.locking to open door so I went to put key in the door to open it manually but could not get key in all the way, figured it was frozen solid however I was able to get it in to pass side door lock and open it so hope some little sh1t wasnt trying my lock and broke something in there... anyway do ye reckon the cold weather and lack of not been started in two weeks caused the new battery to go dead or something draining it? there was alot of ice under the bonnet probably from water that dripped down thru bonnet vents...

have a full alarm with prox sensors an all that jazz, cos they can run down a battery pretty quick ....

if your going to be leaving it parked up for weeks at a time , probably best disconnecting the battery altogether ..
but surely theres a warranty on the new battery as well , if it is at fault ....

usually 3 years warranty on em , afaik

yeah have full pager alarm on it so that could be the problem when i'm not starting it that often? It never went dead in the summer so perhaps the cold weather isnt helping either?

cold weather effects batteries alot mate...
as above, best disconnect the earth if not being used regular!!!
