BC5 Legacy electrical problems, need help

Hi guys, having a couple of problems with my Legacy that i cant figure out
Firstly, Windows... Drivers side window works, all other 3 dont
I changed the drivers door switch, that didnt help

Where is the fuse or relay for the windows?
And also the control box?

Secondly, No heater, theres some power there as the buttons hiss when you press them and light up but no blowing on any setting

Any ideas?

just wanted to update and conclude this as the biggest problem i had when Googling for info was the amount of bum leads with no follow up to say what worked

Checked, Resistor, Fan motor, Wiring loom and eventually found the Heater Relay up under the dash on the drivers side
It had rusted due to lying up for 5 years in our moist climate

Got the two front windows working too but neither of the rear ones but im ok with that, rear seats are never used anyway

Mabey the window runners need to be look at as could be stuck is there any sound from the motor when you press the switch even check for power at the motor
