bit of advice needed

Sunday Drivers
hi lads
im new enough to the subaru world and im in need of some advice.
i bought a 99 impreza sti and im looking to get new brake discs, pads and tires to get her through an nct. could anyone advise me of the best place to get em.
reasonably priced but good quality and all that.
iv been told it may be cheaper to get them in from the uk?
any advice would be much appreciated.

cheers

welcome along ,

i bought my brake disks and pads from godspeed in the uk , good prices at the time but have a look locally first

scoobycolm has a set of decent tyres @decent money that will get you tru the test 2 are brand new and the other 2 have loads of meat drop him a pm for more details

cheers lads. il have a look and get on to scoobycolm.

is there car meets organised by this site?
id love to get out to see some more cars and talk to some subaru heads.

Yep absolutely, monthly meets and larger activities also ran on here. Always a good attendance and some lovely cars!!

If you dont get sorted locally, I recently got 4 brembo discs and pads for a 01 wrx from www.nextdaybrakes.com around e250 including postage from the uk. Be very specific as to the type of car you have i.e. 4 pot etc, maybe include chassis number as they sent me the wrong pads the first time and I had to return at my own expense. The advantage to buying locally I suppose but reasonably priced..

that next day brakes crowd look pretty reasonably priced.

has anyone got any experience with blueprint brakes? i can get them at trade price with work.

Welcome along

Blueprint are good for normal road use.
Check out Camskill in the uk. Great prices and postage is fast and is peanuts.
