Bit of advice on B4

Right lads the car is starting to act up a bit. Its only recently had new genuine subara MAF & knock sensor fitted.. but its wobbling on idle and has even cut out twice stopped at the lights in the last week... i will get a mechanic to look at it but very short on ??? this side of xmas.. any ideas what it could be? Only had "long lasting" sparkplugs fitted a year or 8k miles ago....

engine check light came on few months ago, code just came up for a knock sensor fault which was replaced, i even replaced the MAF aswell to be sure. Car was grand but started scuttering the last few weeks.. engine light hasnt come on since...
car is grand once driving (maybe feels a little underpowered) but once stopped it feels like its going to cut out, and like i say has done twice..

is the idle control valve easily found? They seem to have everything hard to get to in the b4s!
 
Check you vacuum pipes mate, if your engine is idling funny its probably sucking in air from a split pipe which could also be the reason why it feels a bit underpowered. The pipes are very delicate,had to replace 5 of them there not so long ago :thumbsup:
