Boss kit for aftermarket steering wheel -HKB etc

Does anyone know where's the best place to get a boss kit to fit an aftermarket Sparco wheel in my Type-R?

I did a bit of research and for the Airbag equipped subaru, in order to cancel the airbag light and get the fully functional indicator cancels, horn etc... I'm gonna need something like HKB-OS238 hub.

I found one- which seems to be quite expensive here £68 + £18 shipping to IE
