i.e. get a 99D XXXX plate and pay VRT?

Why do you reckon the previous owner put another revcounter in??
Is the fact that it's a 10,000 rpm rev counter saying something about the engine perhaps,
If I were you, I'd put fresh E5 and half a bottle of NF in her and get her rolling roaded while at the same time moniterind det,
Hopefully the previous owner had it mapped to it's full potential, So you don't have to guess how far to push her!
I bought an engine for my skyline and supposidly came out of a 400hp skyline!
I have her running 330 just incase! because I don't know what's inside her!
