IVE A TOTALLY STANDARD LEGACY B4.THERES A FELLOW IN MY ESTATE HAS A B4 TO,WHEN HE DRIVES BY MY HOUSE I CAN HEAR THE UNMISTAKEABLE BOXER RUMBLE OFF HIS CAR,IS IT BECAUSE MY CAR IS STANDARD THAT ITS NOT AS LOUD AS HIS??? :ponder:
 
Yup, change the exhaust, its like plugging in an amplifier.
For max effect decat all the way :subaru:

lol.. yeah nur spec is LOUD..the standard exhaust actually has a control flap in it...when your getting the car mapped you can actually tell the ecu to leave it open would make you car louder...tbh honest i like the fact the b4 is quiet..it makes a noise once you get on the loud pedal but its nice and relaxed on long journeys part of the appeal of the car I wouldn't sacrifice it for noise

i changed the centre section on mine and it made mine sounds brillant louder but not annoying on long trips. once you have done it you will be happy as just sounds brillant.

If your looking for decat centre sections lads then speak to some of the traders on here, Damo of Streetperformance or Davelegacy of STi Tuning will get ya whatever you're after. As for fitting its easy, if you have ramps you can do it yourself, bolt on pieces, failing that any exhaust company will throw them on for a few yo-yo

Yeah the cats are the bigs power and exhaust noise killer!
So get rid!! and she'll sound only gorgeous! ( I don't know about the sex we bit :ponder:) But nice anyway!
